lever redesign

I redesigned the lever which pushes the box out of the book. The modification was adding a cam like back to the lever so the ribbon would not be as hard to pull. I put hooks for both the elastic band and the pull ribbon part of the lever. Included is a spacer to put under the lever to line up the slot.
