This is a key blank for the LF12 style that is common for cheap safes, trailer hitch locks, and various other items that use this double-sided key. The process of making the key blank fit your key is to take a top-down photo of the key in question, import it as a canvas in CAD program of choice, line up the top and bottom edges, and trace around the features (photo shown). Then extrude a cut into the blank. This works for low stress locks such as hitch pin locks, where precision isn't critical and there won't be much torque on the key, such as is with a deadbolt. But, use at your own risk. I had the 004 version, so I included that in the print profile.
