LG K20 Case Version 2

I needed a case for my new LG K20 so I created one from scratch. The model prints as two pieces that I printed in a vertical position and slid on to the top and bottom of the phone. I did not have to scale the print to get it to fit but YMMV.

So this remix has a couple improvements.
* Thicker back to improve print quality.
* Added a bevel to the sides to improve grip.
* Optional (version 3) added perforations to back to improve grip.

More design improvements:
The bottom opening is much larger than needed.
While lemon shape perforations are easy to print and very functional for gripping the phone, I am not all that enamored with the appearance. So I may redesign again.
