SummaryThis is a replacement switch bar for an LGB 12010 switch machine. It does not have the piece that activates an auxiliary contact, but I have included the STEP file if someone wants to modify it.PLA is recommended because it is a stiffer material, however it may not last in the sun if your layout is outdoors. I have not tried this with PETG or ABS so your results may vary. A 0.2mm nozzle may work best.Print SettingsPrinter Brand: Anet Printer: E10 Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 2 walls with 0.4mm nozzle. No room for infill.Post-PrintingUse spare pieces of filament for the pins. Sometimes they are press fit, sometimes they need some super glue. You may need to file or sand some bits for it to work properly. I recommend removing the motor and re-assembling the case with the switch bar. Make sure it can move freely. If not, try sanding the opposite side of the gear teeth a bit.
