Lidl Powerfix Pegboard Tools SDK

I thought it would be good to have a few "base" parts for further development of holders for the Lidl Powerfix pegboard, so I remixed a part, and created these configurations:

* single peg, horizontal base
* 2 pegs, horizontal base
* 2 pegs, vertical base
* 3 pegs, horozintal base
* 3 peg holes, but only outer 2 present, horizontal base
* support profile: this could be used to extend the area around the peg vertically in the case of the horizontal bases
* *UPDATE*: Added Pegboard tile
