I recently learned that trigger clamps are reversible, allowing you to turn them into spreading / lifting tools. One shortcoming, however, is that the minimum gap size is rather large. I made these attachments to allow the clamp to fit into small gaps: the use case I had in mind was lifting my couch a bit to retrieve the toys my cats lose under it. Printed with 10 wall loops and 3mm solid upper and lower faces for strength. Tested with PLA and it works well enough to lift a couch. PC would be better. The larger clamp body is best printed on its side, and the clamp foot is best printed upright, so that the layers align with the forces each part will experience. The clamp body will require supports in this orientation, which are included in the 3mf project. Obligatory safety note: don't rely on any kind of jack where there's a risk of crushing yourself. Use the jack to lift the object you intend to work under, then support it with stands or blocks.
