Light bar Defender TRX4

This project features a custom 3D printed light bar designed for the Traxxas Defender TRX-4 model. The entire assembly is printed from PETG for durability, while the internal light reflectors (parabolas) are made from transparent PLA to improve light diffusion and overall brightness. The light bar uses 12V LED diodes, meaning no additional resistors are required—everything can be simply wired in parallel and connected directly to the model’s battery. The LEDs are securely mounted to the bar using M2x12 screws, ensuring a solid and precise fit. The whole unit is attached to the original roll cage structure of the model, maintaining a clean and integrated look. For neat cable management, a dedicated cover labeled “Cover 2” is used to hide and protect the wiring, resulting in a tidy and professional finish.
