Light mount for Ortlieb Bicycle Rack

This is a bicycle light mount that is meant to be attached to a bicycle rack using Ortlieb QL3.1 mounting clamps. I specifically designed this to be used on the Ortlieb Quick Rack which comes with the QL3.1 mountain clamps. You will need to purchase longer bolts to replace the bolts that come with the Ortlieb QL3.1 mounts. I used a M5-0.8 x 35mm Flat Head Hex Socket Cap Screws Countersunk Bolt that I purchased on Amazon.In my case I am using a Bontrager Flare RT tail light designed to be attached to the seat post. The print is conical to make up for the built in angle of the Bontrager Flare RT mounting bracket. Aiming it properly behind the bike when attached to the rack. To test the mount I printed it in PLA and have ridden hundreds of kilometers with the Bontrager Flare RT light attached to it without failure. To be safe, I would recommend printing it in PETG for UV and heat resistance.The 3MF print should include some tree supports that easily pop out from the bottom of the print.I
