Lighter Case - Bic Regular Size

Bic lighter case, fits perfect up to top edge. Slight taper on top and bottom outside radiuses. No need for a hole in the bottom unless you wanted to drill one to push it out or for air to escape. Must remove product sticker on side of lighter and clean off residue with isopropanol alcohol first. Should be the same with the printed cover wraps on some versions of the lighters too, remove the plastic wrap or it will be too tight.

When I printed the file on Ender 3 S1 Plus I stuck with these basic settings:

Around 1 hours print time with these settings at .2 layer height. Reduced layer speed on first 2 layers and watch heights, also I did a skirt reduced to 20mms to catch any slight adjustments.

3 wall count - 2 top skin layers - 4 bottom layers - 4 top layers - 215 nozzle temp - 60 bed temp - Speed 60mms - .4 nozzle - 15% skin overlap - no infill needed - zig zag top and bottom layers - PLA Plus.
