LIGHTNING NEON LAMP ALTERNATIVE BASE

This is an alternative version of lightning neon lamp, you must use the same led kit in original project. In this version there's a lot of space that allow modify it (for example if you modify the base you can insert dimmer inside). Enjoy, Geeno :)
