I bought a LightObject Water Flow / Pressure sensor for my K40 so that I don't burn out my laser tube if I lose cooling water flow. I just realized that the part shown on LightObject has different hole positions than the one that I got. Anyways.....
Part:
https://www.lightobject.com/Water-flow-pressure-sensor-Ideal-for-CO2-laser-water-protection-P815.aspx
I needed to mount the sensor to the underside of a table connected to the pressure side of the water circuit, but there is a shaft that drops below the mounting plate.
The mount that I designed lifts the sensor high enough for the shaft to clear.
The holes for attaching the mount to a surface are 4 mm in diameter (#6 screws) and the holes for mounting the sensor to the mount are 2.4 mm (#4 screws)
I included an .f3d file from Fusion 360 in case you want to edit.
