This is a diffuser formed like a flanged mace to be used as a light painting tool.
The diffuser is designed to have a brighter glow in the middle and a little darker glow at the edges. In addition to that you get a nice star effect at the end of the lines or when you change movement direction.
The cap is designed to fit into my flashlight adapter or self made RGB flashlight (blade tool).
