The pen sleeve fits standard BIC ballpoint pens. The pen is glued into the colored side of the lightsaber so it doesn't slip out. When the pen runs out of ink, you can simply replace the refill. If the pen comes out too easily or too tightly, you'll need to adjust your printer's tolerance. The best way to do this is to simply adjust the cap's tension slightly!
