Remixed from the lightsaber template into the Graflex original lightsaber!
I printed the blades, and button in a translucent blue PETG from Novamaker. The Upper and lower bodies and button mount in a silk silver PLA, and the splines and thrd adapter in a carbon fiber PLA. I made the thrd adapter a separate piece so you can print everything without supports, and to be able to use a stronger material if needed.
I printed the button as is with a .8mm nozzle in vase mode. It was tricky with the petg but using the cooling fan helped tremendously! The blades were also printed in vase mode with the .8mm nozzle with the line width set to .85. You may have to tweak this though as the smallest blade seemed to either shrink or was undersized and slid right thru the 2nd blade. I just used a heat gun and warmed up the end of the 2nd blade and rolled it on the smaller blade to reduce it a little.
You'll need to print 8 of the splines for the base piece. I just super glued them on.
