I designed this lightsaber for my son, he is having a lot of fun with it. It is modular, each module is 170 mm in length. You can print it longer or shorter, just add another module. It is designed for Convoy S2+ torch, but you can fit any torch with outside diameter of max. 24.5 mm and 117 mm length. Printing:I printed the hilt with black PETG, with adaptive layer height. Bottom and top threads should be printed with 0.16 layer to work correctly, the rest can be printed with 0.28. PLA will work no problem. For the blade I used Rosa3D red translucent PETG. You can use any translucent filament, I tested regular white PETG as well and it also lets a lot of light out. Threads should be printed with 0.16 layer, the rest can be printed with 0.28. Infill and walls:Infill pattern is clearly visible when the torch is on so it is something to consider. Less infill means more light out, but the parts get weaker. Grid pattern and gyroid look the best in my opinion, not a lot of infill is needed, j
