LiIon Pack Formers

I prefer building my packs for flying things. This is a collection of lightweight formers I designed for assorted applications. The hollow shapes have chamfered holes to reduce wire chaffing, and 1.35mm thick walls (perfect for 0.4mm nozzles with 0.45mm line width). Some forms are 13mm tall, for light weight and better luck. There's no excess material to separate or "clip" the cells (lighter and more compact).

Print in ABS for less weight, no rotations or supports needed.

I like to use a small amount of E6000 glue on the forms and between the cells, and temporarily hold it together with painters tape until the glue dries. Then I weld/solder, cover the ends with 10mil UHMW tape, reinforce the ends with a couple of tight wraps of polyamide tape, and finish with 3m Box Lock packing tape.
