Likewise Death Grip Shift Knob

Another remake of the popular likewise shift knobs this is my second model i have made currently printing the first design i uploaded as i just got my new hotend the thread pitch is M10x1.25 yet again let me know if you need help making it a different thread pitch and also let me know of any design ideas!
