My little son like to put the train run from high. But the rail connections are too loose to hold such a single rail fly on the air. When he plays with the train, I need to hold the rail for him. So I made this thing to free my hand.
I measured each rail part, and took the average width and height of the rails. But there are still one or two parts have even 1mm thicker in height. So I cut the wood by knife without modifying the design.
**Update 2018-01-14**
The trains run too fast and always run off the rails at the first corner. So I add a sloping bottom to keep the train caught by the rail.
The new openscad file is uploaded as lillabo_joint.v2.scad. If you want the original design, just set the variable 'A' to zero in the file. The old stl file is kept and two sloping part with different angles are also uploaded.
