!WARNING!Parts are NOT designed for the Linear Plus
---------------------------------------------------
This design is my attempt for a heated bed and glasplate mount that does also allow
for the "Universal Piezo Z-Probe PCB v2.85" to be installed with three piezos.
BOM:
6 M4x20 screws
6 M4 nuts
6 M4 washes
6 M5x10 screws
6 M5 20 T-slot nuts
---------------------------------------------------
Installation
Step 1: Insert the M4 nuts in to the mounts.
Step 2: Place the mounts on the aluminum profiles, but don't screw them down.
Step 3: Place the heatbed on top of the mounts and adjust them until the headbed is centered. Make sure the head bed has enough room within the mounts to move up and down. Now screw the mounts to the aluminum profiles. Remove the heated bed afterwards.
Step 4: Place the piezos in the sockets and put the spacers on top.
Step 5: Place the heated bed on top of the spacers and clamp it down by screwing the clamps to the mounts.
