Print as as one without supports. Once printed turn the screw right to break the carriage free from the housing. Twist the swivel to allow it to rotate freely in the handwheel.

There are two M3 nut traps for mounting things to the carriage and four clearance holes for M3 screws for mounting the base.

Update -If you are having issues with the parts bonding together I added a second version labeled "LC" with more clearance between parts. Both versions worked on my printer but the original version has less slop.
