This is a wall-mount for a Linksys MR70 (router) or MS70 (satellite) wifi mesh system.
I copied the design from a product available on Amazon.
It should fit units from the MK73 system (what I have), the MK60, MK63, MK63S. I do not think it fits the MK83/84 system routers/satellites, from what I've read in Amazon reviews of the original product, they are bigger than the "older" MK7X and MK6X systems.
