My daughter ask me for this with the specifics of the holder being lipstick, did a search and didn't find one so her it is my quick file done in Fusion 360. It is made to hold different sizes of rings and the middle lipstick is 2mm thicker all the way around for bigger rings. Is it is still too big you can just scale it down by small percentage.
