This lithophane box was designed so that the lithophane itself could be swapped out relatively easily.
The front was attached with some old desktop computer screws I had lying around. The guide holes in the model were drilled to just short of the width of the screws. The screws tapped themselves nicely into the PLA.
The feet and remote holder are glued to the main body. There are guide holes for the feet, but the remote holder was an afterthought an needs to be placed manually.
The lithophane itself was generated at http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/. The physical image is 150mm x 80mm with a 10mm border. The digital image used was 608px x 352px and anything with roughly that width to height ratio should work fine.
The second color in the lithophane was added using some transparent colored plastic cut out with an Exact-0 blade.
