I printed everything laying flat except the corner pieces, I stood those up.
The TOP and BOTTOM were printed with support (Touching Build Plate)
The lamp insert is a Westinghouse 70108 6-Foot Cord Set with Snap-In Pigtail Candelabra-Base Socket and Cord Switch, White (I got the brown one). I bought mine at Home Depot.

Lithophane Size:
3mm x 100mm x 100mm

I use www.lithophanemaker.com and 3dprocks to make my lithophanes. Mostly Lithophanemaker.
