LITHOPHANE LAMP "STAR WARS" DESCRIPTION: A lamp for a STAR WARS fan. Made for my brother-in-law, who is a huge fan of the series. You can use other photos depending on your preferences. The lamp is powered by 230V. I used a 12V power supply and a 3V motor to achieve a low rotation speed. You can also adjust the rotation speed with a PWM controller. If you want to generate your own lithophane photos, visit https://tool.itslitho.com/UploadImg Prepare a clear photo in a 1:1 aspect ratio. The photo should fit the lamp size: 100mm x 100mm. Thickness: 4mm PART LIST: E14 LED BULB e.g. https://www.ledvance.com/en-int/professional-lighting/products/lamps/led-lamps/ledvance-led-lamps/led-lamps-with-filament-style-led-technology/led-lamps--classic-mini-ball-shape-c251519?productId=349188 e14 BULB SOCKET https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005006722145866.html 3.3V 1.2A 4W POWER SUPPLY MODULE https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005009020287447.html POWER CORD WITH SWITCH https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/32921672432.html PWM MOTOR SPEED CONTROLLER 2A 1.8-12V https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005006592430892.html 12V 60 RPM GEARBOX MOTOR https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005006785073459.html 608RS BEARING https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005009072070935.html ASSEMBLY: Print all the elements. It's best to print lithophan photos using the provided profile. Remember that lithophan photos print very slowly. I used a 0.1mm layer height. Each photo took about 8 hours to print. Lithophan looks best printed with white PLA. The lamp emits a pleasant, warm light, despite the neutral white bulb. Print the remaining elements according to your taste. I printed with SUNLU PLA+ silver silk filament. Some elements need to be glued in the areas marked in blue in the INSTALLATION image. Elements 7 and 8 are very tightly assembled. You need to press them firmly together. The easiest way to attach the images is to first glue the four side images, then the top one. Do not use too much glue to prevent it from seepin
