An easy to assemble lithophane LED lamp.
For the LEDs I used a 25cm 0.99cent LED strip glued inside the case like it shows in the photo. Once the LED strip is fitted slide the Lithophane print on the case, then pass the USB cable through the stand and fit the case inside. Make sure to mount the case in the correct direction with the cable groove at the back. Cover the bottom of the stand with the lid.
If you want to rescale the parts make sure you do it only on the X and Y dimensions for the case and X and Z dimensions for the stand. If you rescale uniformly things wont fit anymore.
If you want to print your own lithophane to fit this housing first prepare a photo or an image with a width to height ratio of 3:4 as a portrait.
Then go to http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ and select the "Flat" format, click on settings and select "Model settings" set maximum size to 100mm, Thickness to 2mm, Thinnest layer to 0.5mm, Vector per pixel "4". Then click on settings again and select "Image
