I use this (https://tool.itslitho.com/CreateModel) Site to make Lithophanes of Images.
My Settings are for the Website:
Size: 100mm x 100mm
Thickness: 4mm
Minimum Thickness: 0.8mm
Maximum Thickness: 3.2mm
Frame:
Thickness: 3mm
Depth: 4mm

I printed the Lito in a horizontal position.
The holder is one piece.
