Little Hawk wind indicator clip

Need a clip that goes on the Little Hawk (and maybe others) wind indicator elastic that secures it to the mast (or other suitable structure).

I printed it without a hole, as I though it would be stronger that way, and it allows you to drill a suitable hole for the elastic you are using.
I drilled a 2.5mm hole for 3mm cord...

I've included a .stl file that does have a 2.5mm, but I haven't actually tried printing it...
