Lizard95 frame and vtx tray updates

This revision of Lizard95 frame and vtx tray supports Foxeer Predator camera and Eachine VTX02 Transmitter, updates are as follow:
- extend the frame to provide more protection to camera (for Foxeer Predator or cameras with similar dimension)
- add mounting hole to vtx tray for zip tie to support vtx antenna

You will need to print 2 pieces of the frame part. Just create a mirror duplicate of the part using your favourite slicer.

For the dust cover below the camera you can get the original part from [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3529365/files).

To maximize durability you may print these parts with TPU material. You will also need to add support material (from build platform only) for the frame part.
