Remix from jpoilux LCD screen case (easy access to the micro sd card slot):
- added holes to screw the back cover
- increased back cover thickness to 2 mm for more solidity
- adjusted openings for sd card and cable plug
- added infill to the base support for more stability
- added model with only 2 holes on the front
- added model with attachment to the right side of the printer
