Hi!
I designed this LMK12LUU because Chinese bearing purchased apart usually not fit perfectly.
The grooves are twisted and your grease will always be inside the linear bearing and the shaft will be clean!
There are some dimensions depending on the shrinkage of the plastic:
12.00mm
12.10mm
12.15mm
12.20mm
Print from PLA to having achieved a slightly tight movement along the axis then heat to 70-80*C you 12mm axle and put on the printed bearing by moving quickly along the axis & repeat until you get free play without sticking...
