This project presents the design and structural analysis of a custom Load Test Device Frame developed using SolidWorks Weldments and SolidWorks Simulation. The frame was designed using square steel tube members and analyzed under a static load of 12,000 N. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was performed to evaluate stress distribution, displacement, and structural behavior. The simulation results demonstrated the frame's ability to withstand the applied load while maintaining acceptable deformation levels. This project showcases CAD modeling, weldment design, structural analysis, and engineering validation for industrial testing applications.
