Loading Arm System

EXPLANATION OF PROBLEM We have a problem in loading arm system through filling the tanks from reservoirs , the arm fills different sizes from the tank . The system has no sensor to stop the flow from over flow, the pneumatic valve can't stop flow of liquid when the tank is filled which means different tanks capacities
