Loading weight support for solar panel installations

I have designed this support for my roof top solar panel installation to provide a stable foundation for loading weights.

Since the support is quite large, I have divided it into multiple pieces, which have to be assembled afterwards. In my experience, no glue is required but friction (and the loading weight on top) is sufficient to hold everything together.

Warning: The printing time and amount of filament is substantial!

I recommend printing with ASA since it is very stable and said to be UV resistant. The disadvantage is that you will need a closed printing chamber since warping is a challenge with this material.

I am providing the parametric FreeCAD model together with the STLs. Means you can adjust dimensions as required for your solar panel installation.
