# Last Updated 11/19/24 to V2.5
---
In the most recent update to this design, I made some small changes:
1.) I noticed that the knobs on the nut weren't equal heights, so it was changed to fix that.
2.) Changed the screw so the knobs on that were taller thus making them easier to grab.
3.) Changed the design of the arm slightly so that it is thicker in the middle, making it easier to glue if you need to print the arms in two halves on smaller printers.
* Epoxy or 3D Gloop makes adhering the arms together very easy and creates a strong bond. I have also found success in plastic welding the two together, but results for all of these methods may very.
4.) Added a tab to align the split arm together more easily
---
In order for this caliper to function you need:
Arm x2
Nut x1
Screw x1
---
If you have any suggestions or questions, please ask! I'm still new to the hobby and appreciate any feedback that I can get!
