Locking system designed for Cisa 59811 Fast Touch panic bars, created to keep doors equipped with this type of hardware open when needed. It’s particularly useful for emergency exits that also serve as main entry doors to buildings, where the handle is operated hundreds of times a day. I designed this model to prevent wear and damage to the external opening handle and to avoid stripping the small unlocking screw located at the end of the panic bar, which can easily occur with frequent use. With this system in place, the door stays unlocked for as long as desired, ensuring smooth and consistent operation. It’s easy to install and remove whenever needed, without compromising the door’s safety, mechanism, or any of its components. When the stopper is removed, the panic bar is released, instantly restoring normal locking from inside the building. The system has been fully tested, offering a reliable and practical solution for everyday use in high-traffic access points. It is recommended to print this model using materials such as ASA or ABS.    Disclaimer Cisa is a trademark owned by Cisa / Allegion plc, 2025 | Block D, Iveagh Court, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Co.
