Lockout tag

Simlpe lock out tag made with solidworks, if you want the cad just ask.


Assembly:

Print one of each piece.
Place the two halves together to create a single closed loop.
Insert the pin into the top middle hole.
Apply a small amount of super glue to secure the cap onto the pin. Be cautious not to use excessive glue.


How to Use:

Place the unlocked loop around the emergency lock or breaker.
Close the lock.
Each person working on the machine should place their own padlock.

Each individual should remove their padlock after completing their task and moving to a safe distance.
Only when all individuals have finished their tasks and moved away can the circuit be turned on.
