A simple little webcam cover that I made for the Logitech C505e, the hinges are just round holes that are sized to fit a piece of filament through as a pin. The rim is snap fitted to a small rim that is built into the webcam itself.
I've found that just leaving the filament free to rotate is better than gluing it into place, I've melted the ends of the pin on my 3d printer nozzle to stop it from working it's way out
