Lollipop Tree

This a lollipop tree that allows you to fill it with lollipops (I used dum dums). They spiral up the tree and the angle of the lollipop gradually changes to more vertical higher up the tree.

The design can be customized. The tree is fundamentally a cone. You can set the radius of the base of the cone, the height of the cone and the number of times the lollipops will go around the cone as they spiral up. You can also customize it for the type of lollipop you want to put in it by setting the radius of the stick, the "height" of stick to be embedded into the cone and the amount of separation between sticks.

The bottom-most holes are not usable since they do not make full circles. Initially I was going to change the code to eliminate these holes altogether, but I like the look they contribute to the spiral.
