Longer arms with hook

UPDATE: Left in car, was sunny outside, this thing melted like butter :(

I really like the Car Vent Gravity Phone Holder by AbdelDarwish

Unfortunately my phone is bigger, and because of the book-style phone cover that I have, it is not holding my phone right. I first added a spacer and a hook to AbdelDarwish's original design using a hot glue gun, and when I saw that it works, I thought I would make the change in the arm design too, and print it again, to make it look better.

Upgrades:
- arms are 5 mm longer (bigger phone)
- arms have a spacer, to support a thicker phone (and book style phone cover)
- arms have a hook that keeps phone from falling
- added an extra piece that can be glued to the back of the phone support, to keep the phone's screen in a more upward looking position
