Longer, Larger MakerBolt set

I found that the aubenc's MakerBolt was a great fiddly toy for everyone I gave one to. A common complaint was that the nut didn't spin enough before it reached a physical limit of the bolt. So, I gave it a few more threads. I also gave the MakerBolt and Nut hex wrench compatibility, and enlarged the entire nut/bolt set so that it will fit a 1" wrench.

(Update) Added the nut and bolt separately.
(Update) Fixed the scale on the individual nut & bolt.
(Update) Fixed all known geometry issues. Should slice properly now.
