Longitudinal 4mm PTFE Cutter

I needed a PTFE cutter and since i could not find one i liked i made one. It's for 4mm tube that is found on 1.75mm printers. You also need a blade form a paper cutter. I've included the .ipt file if anybody needs another diameter
