Here is a little box and lid that I designed for my lovely wife. I printed it using woodfil filament, then sanded and finished with stain.

Print with 2 perimeters and low infill. I recommend printing at high resolution of .01 to .015mm layer height for easier finishing. The lid will require supports no matter what orientation your choose to print it. You may choose to use a raft.
