Assembly InstructionsPrepare the Pins: Cut two pieces of metal wire to the required length.Attach Pins to the Flap (Two Methods):Method A (Glue): Slide the pins into the holes on the side of the flap and secure them with a small drop of super glue.Method B (Thermal Press-Fit): Hold the pin with pliers, heat it up slightly (using a lighter or soldering iron), and carefully press it into the flap’s hole. The melting plastic will create a very strong, permanent bond once it cools down.Fit into Housing: Once the pins are secure, insert them into the designated pivot points in the main housing.
