A low-poly digital sculpture of an alligator skull, scanned from a real skull of a 12 foot long alligator.

I would suggest rotating the model and adding supports. And probably scale it too, unless your printer can print something greater than half a meter in length!

And yes that is a picture of the actual skull that was scanned.

Scanned using an Xbox 360 Kinect.
