This is a model of a low poly dragon flying over a cliff. It uses tensegrity to balance itself in a position so that it looks like it is flying. You will have to add notches to some parts in order to place the strings in place. I found that using a wire cutter works pretty well for making the notches. I put a notch on the tail and two on the top of the cliff so I could tie the string to the prints. I also tied some string to the tips of the wings and made some notches behind the cliff for the strings on the wing to anchor to.I used sewing thread for the strings, but I assume you can use some other thin thread to use instead. Make sure to be patient with getting it to balance, it takes a bit of fiddling with the string length, but the results are well worth the effort. Happy printing!
