You will need the actual connector in order to make a plug out of this print. I sourced my connectors from an old MIDI cable by cutting the rubber enclosure of the original plug open and by pulling out the connector as seen on one of the pictures.

The 3D printed enclosure fits very well in my case. However, I have no idea if other MIDI cables (e.g. yours) are made with similar connector end pieces to the ones, I used.
The opening on the side fits cables with a diameter of 5 mm. Please note that there's no strain relief in the plug so don't use it if the cable is likely to be pulled. In my case I use it on a pedalboard where the cable doesn't move.

I printed mine with a PLA layer height of 0.16 mm and 100% infill.
