I needed a very slim diffuser that would keep the LED strip VERY close to the 2020 rail so it wouldn't interfere with the print, but wide enough to accept coated LED strips.
Inspired by DryFry's model 4139774, I designed my own profile to allow thicker LED Strips.
This is a slim, low clearance LED strip holder for RGB/neopixel strips WITH the clear Silicone coating. I found a few diffusers that only fit the PCB strips, but were too small for the ribbons with the waterproof Silicone.
Works well. Easy to snap into place.
