Although cheap to buy, I wanted to make my own LPG filler cover. This cover requires an O-ring (R-19, 15/16 x 1/8).
The fitment is a simple push on then twist clockwise, the O-ring gives a stable grip but not too tight that it is difficult to fit and remove.
Originally this was designed to take a larger O-ring however once printed, I couldn't get it to fit in and found that the R-19 fit perfectly and gave a good grip.
**Take Note**
Before using, make sure that there is no support material left in the model as you don't want it getting into the fill valve. Also check that the outer end fits into your fill port before placing it in the correct way round. My fill port is slightly oval so I had to sand it down to fit. I have since amended this sizing in my model but other fill ports may be a bit different to mine.
