Luggage Handle extension

I deploy somewhat frequently and refuse to buy luggage when the military issues me some. For those that know, their bags don't have an extendable handle. So you end up annoyingly kicking it with your heel as you drag it. That all said, I have printed a solution for other military members and probably others to fix the issue. I printed this model using a bambu x1c and did have to scale down to 69% (giggidity, but this wasn't intentional) in order to fit. This was a real quick easy design that I will likely improve at some point, but it worked on my last deployment without too much of an issue. Enjoy
